Day of Coordinator Includes:
Walk thru of both ceremony and reception locations prior to wedding.
Development and execution of detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party.
Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day to establish a point of contact on wedding day.
On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during reception
Set up of Decor at reception venue.
Loading of gifts into established gift vehicle.
