How they met: Skylar and Kaitlyn’s story started in the most unexpected place—a car dealership! Kaitlyn was there to buy a car. Skylar happened to be working. A simple conversation turned into a first date a week later. Over the next three years, through some ups and downs, they both realized they had found forever in each other.


The Proposal: Skylar’s proposal was intimate, heartfelt, and everything Kaitlyn had dreamed of. After she said "yes," their families surprised them, and the celebration began. They knew they didn’t want a long engagement—they were ready to start their forever.


The Vision: Their wedding day felt like magic from start to finish. Surrounded by the people they love most, they said “I do” in a setting that felt uniquely theirs. Every detail—from the florals to the choreographed first dance—came together beautifully. More than once, they looked around at their guests with full hearts, soaking in how lucky they were to be surrounded by so much love.

Venue Overview: Located in Noblesville, Indiana, The Bluffs at Conner Prairie is one of the most naturally stunning wedding venues in the state. Operated by Ritz Charles, it features a restored historic Chinese House and an elevated pavilion with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the White River and a surrounding forest.

Walking down the aisle with my arm around my dad and holding my son's hand was a dream... and then turning the corner to see our friends and family, and my husband's crying face! The reception was so fun too. Dancing the night away with loved ones will be moments we cherish forever!”
