The 60-minute session includes a minimum of 60 fully edited images, and the 90-minute session includes a minimum of 90 fully edited images. Each image is delivered in both color and black and white.

There isn't one universally correct season for senior portraits. The right time depends on the look you want, your schedule, and what you want your senior pictures to say about you. There is no single “best” month for senior portraits.
Fall Senior Pictures
Fall is one of our favorite times of year for senior portraits in Central Indiana.

This is one of our favorite things to tell seniors: You don't have to pick a traditional photography location. Our favorite locations are simply a starting point. If your high school is an important part of your story, let's talk about photographing there. If you love your car, let's incorporate it. If you spend every weekend at a particular coffee shop, bookstore, library, or downtown area, that could be a better location than any “Top 10 Photography Locations” list. Your senior portraits should document who you were at this point in your life. Sometimes the most meaningful location is also the most ordinary one.

What Should I Wear for Senior Pictures?
The best outfits for senior pictures are the ones that make you feel comfortable and look like yourself. We generally recommend bringing a combination of looks.
For example:
One outfit that feels polished
One casual outfit
One outfit that shows your personality
An outfit that works particularly well with your chosen location
You don't need every outfit to be completely different. Changing a jacket, shoes, accessories, or layers can sometimes create a completely different look without requiring an entirely new outfit. And remember: you don't have to dress like everyone else. If your style is classic, let's photograph that. If it's athletic, edgy, colorful, minimalist, vintage, or fashion-forward, let's build the session around it.

If you're hoping to incorporate multiple locations, several outfits, and a lot of variety, the 90-minute session gives us more breathing room.
Can We Do Multiple Locations?
Yes. Multiple locations are absolutely possible, as long as we plan the timing and travel appropriately. For example, we might combine:
Downtown Fishers + a nearby natural location
or
an urban location + your school
or
a favorite personal location + a more traditional portrait location.
The goal isn't to cram as many locations as possible into an hour.
It's to choose locations that give your gallery different looks while still feeling cohesive.
Can We Split Senior Portraits Into Two Sessions?
Yes. Sometimes a single session isn't the best fit. We can consider splitting your senior portraits across different days or seasons.
For example:
Fall: Outdoor senior portraits with seasonal color.
Spring: Cap-and-gown portraits or a completely different look.
Or you might want to photograph at two locations that are too far apart to comfortably combine into one session. We're happy to talk through what makes the most sense.
What Happens If It Rains?
Indiana weather is unpredictable, particularly when you're planning an outdoor portrait session. If weather makes the planned session impractical, we'll work with you to determine the best option. Depending on the circumstances, that may mean:
Rescheduling
Adjusting the location
Changing the timing
Finding an alternate location
The important thing is that you don't have to worry about losing your session because Indiana decided to be Indiana.
Can I Bring My Friends?
Absolutely.
Friends can be incorporated into your senior experience, particularly if you want a few images documenting the people you've spent your high school years with.
We can also discuss group photographs as part of a cap-and-gown session.
For our spring cap-and-gown option, groups of up to 10 people can be accommodated.
Can I Bring My Dog?
If your dog is an important part of your life, we'd love to discuss incorporating them into the session. We'll just want to make sure the location allows dogs and plan the session so everyone — including your four-legged family member — has a good experience.
Can We Take Pictures at My School?
Potentially, yes.
If your school is meaningful to you, we'd much rather hear about it than automatically tell you that your portraits have to happen at a park.
We'll need to consider the school's policies and whether permission is required, but your school can absolutely be part of the conversation when planning your senior session.
Can I Bring My Car?
Absolutely.
If your car is part of your senior-year story, it can make a great addition to the session.
It could be photographed:
At an urban location
In a parking garage
On a quiet street
At a meaningful location
Or somewhere that fits the overall aesthetic of your session
Again, the question isn't “Is this a traditional senior portrait idea?”
It's:
“Does this feel like you?”
What If I'm Awkward or Uncomfortable in Front of the Camera?
You're not expected to show up knowing how to pose. That's part of our job. We'll give you direction when you need it, but we also want the session to feel natural rather than like you're performing for the camera. If you're nervous at the beginning, that's completely normal. Most people aren't professional models — and you don't need to be. We'll work together to find what feels comfortable and create a combination of natural, relaxed, and more directed images. And if you want something more fashion/editorial, we can push the session in that direction too.
How Many Photos Will I Receive?
We believe you should have plenty of images from your senior session.

Each finished image is delivered in:

You'll receive a digital gallery and download link, along with print rights.
We also provide social-media-friendly files so you can easily share your favorites online.
Do You Offer Prints?
We currently focus on digital delivery rather than physical print products.
You'll receive your finished images through a digital gallery with download and print rights, so you can choose where and how you'd like to print them.
That also means you're not required to purchase additional print packages after your session.
Can We Do Cap & Gown Pictures?
Yes.
We offer a spring cap-and-gown option at half of the regular session rate.
And you're not limited to just traditional cap-and-gown portraits.
Friends can be included as well, with groups of up to 10 people total.
This can be a great way to document the people who made your senior year special.

One important distinction:
Senior portraits and official yearbook portraits aren't always the same thing.
Some schools have a designated photographer or specific requirements for the yearbook.
