What is your standard file delivery timeline?
We typically will deliver a sneak peek link to you around 7-10 days after your wedding. You will then receive a link to your full gallery 2-3 weeks after your wedding. We deliver your final images in 6-8 weeks after you have submitted them for editing.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been in business since 2010, with now over 15 years of experience covering 400+ weddings in that time frame.
How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
It's advisable to book your wedding photographer at least 9-12 months in advance, especially if you're planning a wedding during the peak season (spring, summer of fall). Popular photographers tend to get booked quickly.
What is your photography style?
My style leans towards photojournalistic capturing authentic moments and emotions while also incorporating posed shots when necessary. I aim to tell the story of your day through my lens. We like that classic style that will still hold up 20+ years down the road.
How many photographers will be present on our wedding day?
Typically, I work with one of my 3 second shooters. All 3 ladies have been with me for 5+ years. having 2 photographers ensures we capture every moment from multiple angles and perspectives.
Can we customize our photography package?
Yes, absolutely! I offer customizable packages to cater to your specific needs and budget. We can discuss your preferences and create a package tailored to your requirements.
Do you have experience shooting at our wedding venue?
I have experience working at a wide variety of venues, but if I haven't photographed at your specific venue before, I'll make sure to visit it ahead of time to plan the best shots and lighting.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, I do offer engagement sessions. They're a great way for us to get to know each other better and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera. Engagement sessions are included with all 3 of our packages!
What's your approach to dealing with difficult lighting conditions or weather on the wedding day?
I have experience working in various lighting conditions and can adapt accordingly. I always bring professional equipment and lighting to handle challenging situations and ensure your photos turn out beautifully, rain or shine.
Can we provide you with a shot list or specific photo requests?
Absolutely! I welcome shot lists and specific requests. It helps me understand your priorities and ensure I capture all the moments that matter most to you.
I don’t know where to start with planning out my day, can you help?
Absolutely! We include a full timeline planning and shot list session/consultation prior to your wedding day with the goal for you to be able to sit back relax and enjoy your day!
How do you handle backup equipment and data storage?
I always carry backup camera equipment and multiple memory cards. After the wedding, I immediately back up your photos to ensure they are safe and can be accessed for editing and delivery. We have local and cloud storage and have your images stored in a minimum of 4 different locations.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
My cancellation and refund policy is outlined in the contract we'll discuss and sign. Typically, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and the details regarding cancellations and refunds are specified in the contract.
