My husband and I got married on September 2, 2017 at French Lick Resort. We had already done our engagement session with Cody last fall, and those photos were beautiful! Knowing Cody's background in landscape photography, combined with our beautiful wedding location and Cody's raw talent, we couldn't wait to see what our wedding photos were going to look like. Cody had been in touch with me leading up to the wedding and mentioned he was bringing his friend Brett along who helped him with some of the planning and details. I didn't give it much thought since I had a wedding planner provided through the venue, but he ended up making my wedding day everything it should be...perfect! Unfortunately my wedding planner was less than helpful the day of, and Brett took charge. From making sure my train didn't get dirty to handling every scheduling and timing detail, he was a mixture of the perfect bridesmaid and the wedding planner of my dreams. While I was taking my bridal portraits, Brett was the one throwing my veil into the wind, checking to make sure my false eyelashes were staying in place, and making me laugh in the moments where my emotions got the best of me. To put it simply, he is a bride's best friend. The way he and Cody worked together throughout my entire wedding day was seamless. During family photos, they had a perfect system together. Brett would organize each group up next, while Cody posed everyone and took hundreds of pictures in minutes. It was like an assembly line to get every moment that I wanted captured done as efficiently as possible. During our reception, my husband and I stepped away to take advantage of the gorgeous scenery and get some sunset pictures. We anticipated being gone for about 30 minutes, but once Cody started showing us what our pictures looked like, we were blown away. We couldn't believe that was us and they were all unedited. They were STUNNING. We wanted him to take as many as he could before the sun went down! We ended up taking pictures for over an hour, and Cody captured the most breathtaking moments. I couldn't wait to see all of the pictures he had taken that day. At one in the morning I received a text message from Cody with 10 of his favorite shots, you read that right...one in the morning! Just hours after our reception ended and I already had pictures on my phone! Five days later he uploaded 170 pictures to his Facebook and website, I was obsessed with every single one. I had all 11,000 of my pictures within a week of my wedding, and narrowing it down to my favorite 300 for him to edit feels impossible. They are all stunning and Cody captured our day exactly how we wanted. Our pictures prove he is the absolute best photographer, but they don't show everything they did behind the scenes for us. I can't thank the entire Rogue team enough for making our day so perfect. 

For the brides reading this and wondering if Rogue is the right team to capture your special day, they are. Your photographs are what you will look at 50 years from now, and you will want them to be taken by Cody and his team. Now for the brides who are thinking "I don't need a wedding planner", trust me...you do, and you need Brett.

Better late than never, (except this is really late, so sorry!) but Cody and his team (Kendra) were amazing! We had a traditional Asian ceremony and reception, and Cody and Kendra were able to capture all the great moments! Even though it was a hot and chaotic day, we were really appreciative for their hard work! And yes they are good at reminding you to smile, especially when you forget, didn't realize that happens to many brides. Cody was awesome at getting our proofs back to us in a very timely manner, which we were eager to see! Cody has been beyond fantastic to work with! My fiancé and I live out of state, so we have been planning our wedding from afar.  When it came to our engagement photos, we unfortunately needed to reschedule them a couple of times due to weather and unforeseen circumstances of ours. Cody went above and beyond to get them rescheduled. He even drove to us because our schedule was too hectic and we had a place in mind for the photos where we live.

Having my senior pictures taken by Cody was one of the best decisions I've ever made. After having terrible luck with previous photographers, I was way late in getting my pictures taken. My fiancé and I discovered Cody through our friend's wedding. After seeing his previous work, we quickly setup a meeting to see about him photographing our day as well! Can't even begin to say enough good things about Cody and Rogue Image Photography. We had the most amazing photographer capture the most amazing day. It was somewhat ironic that I ended up having Rogue Images photograph my wedding. My sister actually discovered them at a bridal expo shortly after she got engaged. She booked him for her wedding, but a couple months later her and her now husband decided to elope! Unknowingly I picked that same date, and ended up taking my sister's session for my own! I am so happy with the pictures. Cody worked with me to come up with a package that fit my budget. We did our engagement photos with him first, which we highly recommend. It really gives you the opportunity to learn his style and him yours. It makes the actual wedding day so much more comfortable knowing what to expect. We did have a couple hiccups with scheduling our sessions, but I guess thats a good sign if he's that booked! There was a particular photo technique that I feel in love with when looking for ideas.. Cody had never tried it so we were in essence his guinea pigs... wow. They turned out even better than I'd imagined. He is very talented and we are extremely happy with our photos. Two things I would like to mention: 1. Rogue does not "photo shop" images- can be good or bad, we would have liked some things edited out of our photos but it't nothing that takes away from the photo in any way, just little things we noticed. 2. On our wedding day Cody brought along a 2nd photographer, T.J., and she was amazing! We really enjoyed working with both of them and will continue to work with them for our future photo needs. We cannot thank Cody and his team enough! I met Cody at my first bridal show that I went with one of my bridesmaids, he immediately made us feel welcome and was excited to get to know Brad and my story. I met Cody at a bridal expo and instantly knew he was what I was looking for in a photographer. Not only was he professional yet very easy going, the pictures he had on display looked exactly like the ones I had saved to my Pinterest board!! I hired him to do my wedding that day! In the package we picked, we also received an engagement shoot with Cody. We did the shoot at Fort Harrison State Park in mid November but luckily had great weather. We started the session off getting some pictures with our dog (that turned out adorable), and then moved on to just me and my fiance. After Cody had taken several shots, I asked if I could see how they looked. He showed us some on his camera and I was blown away. The way he captured the sunlight was spectacular and they hadn't even been edited yet! I turned to Cody and said "It's literally like you're reading my mind!! These are EXACTLY what I was wanting!!" Our entire session with Cody was relaxed but more importantly fun. My fiance hates getting his picture taken and felt awkward at the beginning of the day, but Cody did a great job giving us ideas on how to pose and kept reminding us "interact with each other!" He knew I wanted those candid moments of us laughing and teasing each other, as well as kissing and looking lovingly into each other's eyes. The only way to get those genuine shots is to get lost in the moment, and Cody helped make that happen. The two hour session flew by and we left feeling giddy and excited to see our pictures. Four days later we had THOUSANDS of shots to choose from! I am not exaggerating, he captured everything!! This made it nearly impossible to narrow down to our 40 favorites for him to edit. These raw, unedited shots were breath taking, and didn't even look like they needed to be edited. As i selected my favorites, I started noticing how perfectly Cody captured our relationship. There were countless shots of us cracking up and joking together, but there were also ones of us kissing with the sunlight reflecting between us. After I picked my favorites, I looked at the total and had over 150...not quite the 40 favorites I needed to get to. It took me a couple hours, but I eventually narrowed it down and sent it off to Cody. Less than 24 hours later he sent back each of those edited in multiple ways, plus a few extras that he picked! I truly didn't think our pictures could look any better, but the edits were simple yet beautiful. I was beaming scrolling through the 270 final pictures. They were absolutely perfect and everything I hoped they would be! I cannot WAIT to see how stunning our wedding pictures are. 

For those of you still reading my novel of a review: 
To put it simply, Cody was professional yet laid back and went above and beyond for us. He sent our proofs and final images so quickly and responded to emails/texts almost immediately. If you are looking for a photographer that has true talent and can capture the relationship between you and your significant other perfectly, Cody is your guy. I couldn't be happier with my choice of hiring him to be our photographer!

Ladies stop searching and just go with this photographer! Mark and I are so happy that we had Cody do our engagement photos. After looking at so many Pinterest walls, you start to think to yourself there is so much pressure to find someone that can take pictures like this. Cody can and he did!! Mark and I took our E-Photos at the Indiana museum of art and they looked phenomenal! I am the type that will un-tag myself in photos because I am super picky about what I look like. With his style and talent, I don't have this problem! Mark and I are not big on PDA, but he made sure we looked like we were comfortable in front of the camera. I wore a very slimming black gown and he made sure my hips were popped in the right direction and let me know if I needed to re-position myself to showcase my figure even more. He wants good photos just as much as you do! If you look awkward he will kindly re- position you! He was super nice, easy going, professional and knew exactly where we should take photos at the IMA. All we had to do was kiss, smile and have a good time. He took care of everything else. We took our photos on Wednesday and we had the digital copies by Friday! I would for sure do 2 hours instead of 1. This allowed us to take our time and have an outfit change without rushing. We're are so lucky to have found you and so happy we will have these photos for a lifetime!

I can't begin to say enough amazing things about Cody and Rogue Images. My fiance and I are planning our Indy wedding from Michigan so we arranged to do our engagement photos during a recent trip down to see family. In classic Indiana summer fashion, a seemingly never-ending rain storm rolled in and put a full stop on outdoor photos. So we went down the street for a pint and pretzel! It was great to sit with Cody, get to know him and talk about the wedding. He was incredibly thorough in going through the timeline of the day and covered every detail, including everything we hadn't thought of yet. To top it off, he waited out the storm with us for more than 2 hours to make sure that we got our pictures in before we had to head back to Michigan. It was worth every drop of rain--our pictures are breathtaking. The setting, the light, the post rain fog, perfection. We are so beyond happy with every single picture he took. Since the day we met Cody he has been nothing short of amazing. One of my favorite things about Cody is he doesn't make you just another client. Our pictures are the perfect memory of our perfect day! Cody traveled a long way to the middle of nowhere to photograph our wedding...and we couldn't be more thankful. But Cody was so good with them and took care to get the shots most important to me. I love the pictures and I am beyond pleased with Cody's communication/professionalism. He has responded almost immediately to any email or text I have sent him. We will be using Rogue Images again for sure!

Cody was fantastic! My fiancé and I recently used his services for our engagement photos. They turned out so WELL! We were ecstatic with the results of the images. It made it difficult to pick which ones we loved the most.
Cody, is very personal! He likes to get to know each couple before capturing them on film. I really liked that he was so keen to get to know us. When it came time to do the actual shoot, Cody was able to laugh with us and he wasn't some stranger taking our pictures. I think it really showed in the quality in our pictures.Cody, was also very patient with us. It started to rain during our shoot and he stuck with us through the very end. He is also very prompt and professional, he got our proofs to us within 24 hours so that we could begin finding our favorites! He was also quick to respond to emails and voicemails.

 I am beyond excited about how our photos turned out!! Cody did an amazing job capturing our family in a few posed pictures but more importantly in the candid moments of smiles and laughter... and a few tears (our 10 month old did not want to leave my arms). He was sure to get every possible family combination and took all the work out of it for me so I could just enjoy spending time with my family. We cannot wait to share the photos with our family and friends. I also really appreciate how quickly we received the proofs. We had pictures taken on a Saturday and by Monday I had them thinned down to my 110 favorites, which my husband then helped me narrow down to a more reasonable number. ;) We will definitely be working with Cody again!
