Erica was in town preparing for what she jokingly called her “hot girl summer” before moving to Chicago. Tanner was in Indianapolis for the NBA playoffs and originally planned to head somewhere else after the Pacers game. But one of his friends told him:
“If you want to meet girls, go to Prime 47.”
So they did.
After what Erica described as “one too many martinis,” the two ended up talking for maybe ten minutes before she left the bar. Tanner got her information, and the two ended up video chatting later that night after she had already gone home.
A little over a year and a half later, they found themselves back at the exact same place for engagement photos before their wedding day.
